September 2020 Update:

Due to the closing of, announced on September 26, 2020, we will no longer be keeping a newsletter database.  While we currently maintain thousands of email addresses and names, we will personally see to it that our database is destroyed so that it cannot be sold, transferred, or shared. This should be completed by the end of 2020.

Like many of you, we cringe at the idea of having our personal information shared or sold to anyone without explicit permission.  We want you to feel comfortable with our company’s strict policy to protect any personal data of yours that is collected on our site.

Personal Information (PII)

We do not store any credit card information on our web site or within our internal business records. Credit card data is collected through Braintree Payments, which is owned by PayPal. Any data we collect from you is related specifically to the order you place, and is limited to:


1. Name

2. Address

3. E-mail Address (to update you of your purchase status or send you optional correspondence if requested)

4. Phone Number (to reach you in person if there is a problem with an order)

5. Products Ordered

Newsletter and E-mail Policy

Visitors who have subscribed and opted-in to receive electronic correspondence, this site refers to your e-mail address and first name to send newsletter and promotional information to you.  Information typically consists of, but is not limited to, general company information, and sales and promotions offerings. Additional information about a customer is transmitted back to the same customer via e-mail to confirm an order and to keep each customer informed as to the status and progress of an order. Information about orders are not shared with any other party since the site is hosted on a private server.

For distribution of our newsletter and sales/promotions, we currently use the MailChimp service at This service manages our subscriber list, which consists of a subscriber e-mail address and any first name / Nickname that may have been provided.  The MailChimp privacy policy seeks to protect your information as well, and can be read by clicking here.
